JOB & MASTER is a free offer for companies that are looking for talented young people as employees. Using the JOB & MASTER Service, find Bachelor graduates with a focus on Business Administration and economics who would like to complete a part-time Master’s degree at HSBA parallel to their job in the company.
Our Master’s students will usually be employed part-time (30 hours per week) and can thus be integrated in all relevant processes and projects in a company.
Employment in the company can start anytime, as it is independent from the start of studies. The study programme begins on 1 October each year.
Long-term employment beyond the course is an explicit goal of the combination of doing a Master’s degree while being employed in a company.
The terms of the employment contract (scope, salary, share of the tuition fees covered) will be agreed between you as a future employer and your potential employee, whereby the partner company usually covers the tuition fees and pays a salary so that the student is able to cover the living costs.
When recruiting JOB & MASTER candidates, tuition fees are automatically reduced by 10%. In the MSc Innovation Management programme, the tuition fees are 675 EUR and in the MSc Digital Transformation & Sustainability programme 855 EUR (monthly).
