The Alumni Talks are entering the next round!
On behalf of the Alumni Association, we are delighted to invite you to the next Alumni Talk. In an open discussion round, Silke Grimm will answer our and above all your questions and talk about her experiences in her professional life.
Silke Grimm completed her Bachelor's degree at HSBA's predecessor, the WAH Hamburg. Since then, she has remained close to HSBA, has been part of the HSBA Board of Trustees since 2012 and has been appointed Chairwoman of the Board at the end of 2022. In this role, she plays a key role in the strategic development of the university.
Professionally, Silke Grimm has had an impressive career in finance: Her trajectory has taken her through various positions within the Euler Hermes Group, culminating in responsibility as CFO for Euler Hermes Germany (now Allianz Trade). Today, as HR Director, she is responsible for the DACH region and is still a member of the Executive Board. In addition to various supervisory board mandates, she has been active on committees of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the Deutsche Bundesbank for more than 10 years.
In our Alumni Talk, you will have the opportunity to talk to Silke Grimm about her career path and her personal recipe for success. She will give us insights into her views on the topics of professional and personal success, executive management in a corporate group, requirements for employers and employees as well as trends and tips for the coming years. We look forward to your questions about her career and about herself.
The HSBA Alumni Talks are a joint initiative of the HSBA Alumni Association and the HSBA student body. The event will take part in German.
