Digital Week: Do Robots Live and Love?
"HSBA on a Journey through Time: Into the Future" – This is the motto of "HSBA's One University One Book" support programme, which aims to strengthen the exchange between all university members and the interested public on the subject of digitalisation.
The interdisciplinary panel discussion with selected experts from science and practice will discuss past, current and future developments in the field of artificial intelligence and robotics, always with a view to the scenario for Germany in the year 2064 (Book: Germany 2064) designed by bestselling author and business journalist Martin Walker. We would like to subject the areas of application described in our book accompanying the semester - in everyday life, in traffic, in working life - to a reality check and also illuminate the possible positive and negative effects. With a little luck, one can win an edition of the novel and occupy oneself more intensively with the book in the summer months.
This event is included in the context of the first SQUARE Digital Week, a week that deals intensively with topics of the future.
Further information on the research project "One University One Book" can be found here.
The participants of the panel will be Mario Bäumer (Curator of the ) and Dr. Torsten Siedel (engineer at space applications services) announced here shortly.
