Digitalisation is in full swing. It changes our lives, our business models and our working world. This becomes clear with Anglicisms, Share Economy and New Work up to the Click Worker or Activity Based Workspace. Nobody knows what digitalisation means in the end. It is certain that it will continue to progress and, above all, challenge personnel management. It becomes even more important to find and empower people for our companies and their strategic orientation, to develop the culture accordingly, and to organise work structure and working methods in a way that is reasonably sustainable. The focus of our discussion will be on whether and how human resources management can and must position itself in order to accompany this change actively and in the sense of sustainable corporate success and social prudence.
Be our guest and discuss with us on the subject of personnel management as drivers or brakes in the digital transformation.
In addition to the keynote speakers, following lecturers will discuss the topic:
Dina Gärtner, HR Manager Projects at Kone, and Dr. Ing. Michael Höbig, Professor at the HSBA and Head of the Digital Innovation Lab.
The event will be accompanied by Eva Wagmann, Network Manager of the , Daniela Eisele-Wijnbergen and Dr. Ing. Henrik Meyer-Hoeven, professors of human resources management at HSBA.
