Guest Lecture: S枚ren Hofmayer from ResearchGate
As part of the International Finance module from the Business Development Master's programme, S枚ren Hofmayer, medical doctor and economist, reports on the concept, business model and successful growth strategy of the science platform ResearchGate, which has developed into a kind of Spotify of science. Another guest will be Dr. Gunnar B枚nte, who will explain the founding of a startup from the perspective of a management consultant, with a special focus on tax and structural optimisation options as well as ways to attract foreign investors.
